Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop and verify the effectiveness of an Effort Modulation-based dance movement therapy program to improve Body Insight, Emotional Intelligence, Creative Connectivity, Job Stress, and Job Burnout of caregivers. The development procedure of the program were applied by Park In-Woo(1995)¡¯s six stage program development model, and the component were Body Insight, Emotional Intelligence, Creative Connectivity. In order to verify the effectiveness of this program, a pre-post-follow up test between the experimental group and the control group was conducted on caregivers, and the program was conducted twice a week for 4 weeks. To measure the amount of change in the dependent variables between the two groups, pre-homogeneity test between groups was conducted, and then repeated ANOVA was performed to analyze the interaction between the group and the period, and covariant analysis (ANCOVA) was conducted for the dependent variables that did not verify pre-homogeneity. As a result of the study, Body Insight, Emotional Intelligence and Creative Connectivity, scores significantly increased, and Job Stress significantly decreased.
